Meet Eric Lee, A Mentor with a Mission
Hi, I’m Eric Lee, the heart and soul behind Designers Business Academy. I’m here to share my journey with you – from a self-taught designer and project manager to a serial entrepreneur and mentor. My path has been anything but ordinary, and it’s this unique blend of experiences that I bring to my role as your interior design business coach.

My adventure in design began at the young age of 18 when I designed my first home. By 22, I was already navigating the waters of business ownership. These early experiences laid the foundation for my passion: helping creative minds like yours thrive in the business world. Today, as the CEO and Design Director of the VictorEric Group and the founder of eight other companies, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to grow a business from the ground up.
